billygoat
you feed daily. replace weekly, assume that is for a recirculating system. nutrient companies write such bullshit on their bottles... .

So I should be using 4-5mL per Gallon (3.785L) each day? Edited December 26, 2018 by RickJames
billygoat
No. Just mix up and give them whatever they need before you get some run off.. if you are running to waste.

RickJames
Ok, why a hyrdroponic nutrient then? What sort of soil ?Only because someone on here recommended it to me and they were having good results using it outdoors. I don’t know too much about the difference between hydro and outdoor nutrients, so I just thought why not .I’m growing in an organic potting mix with perlite added to it dude Just unsure if it’s suitable for using outdoors and how often I should use it, like once a week or 2 weeks ? bakedcake
Hey Rick James, I use the flairform line up. I go in half dose when I used it in soil and have not ever had issues with it. It isn’t the hottest stuff even at full strength you shouldn’t be burning your plants I think it only comes out at around 300-400ppm Edited December 26, 2018 by bakedcake

I personally wouldn’t start using anything until most of the nutrients in the soil have been used up. I.e depends what’s in your potting mix. Maybe start off once a week and up it as required, when the leaves aren’t nice and green...
