Ah yes a closer look I can see now, I’ve had bad problems with fruit flies getting stuck into my chillies and caught couple of caterpillars chewing my pineapple sage plants, I don’t want to be spraying any insecticides around the garden as I have a native bee hive and I wouldn’t want to kill them,

 

Any suggestions serrated edge?

Try some Eco Neem maybe.

 

Mix as per label suggests and spray over and under the leaves.

You could also look into homemade sprays with garlic chilly peppermint etc.

I knew I had some laying around, probably something living in my wet soil,

Have you tried this before Dallas, says to only be used on ornamental plants only

Yes i use the same mate, peel the back label and it will to you what amount to use on which bugs per amount of water.

Cool I checked the instructions on the back, unsure of what bugs that are actually affecting these plants so I will just go with a dose of 2.5ml to 1.25 litres to start with

I call it COG spray... Coriander Onion Garlic made into a tea and sprayed liberally. It won't kill them but makes it so they don't want to be there. Or grow them as companion plants in your garden.

 

It looks like it could be spidermite or similar.

These homemade sprays do you just chop it all up finely then boil it, strain out the solids then use as a spray?
