JT710
I kinda cheat because I hate the smell of rotting veggies and just put all veggie scraps and egg shells in my Nutra blender to break it all down with a bit of coconut water and green tea. If you're going organic remember banana peels are greatSent from my SM-N920I using TapatalkThat’s genius! I’m stealing that for my compost pile... Indycar
So ive got an old black compost bin at the back of my yard, will that do the trick or should i build a wooden frame? If it hasn't already been mentioned, papa. and you choose to go the wooden frame route. I'd suggest not to use CCA treated timbers as some of that shit that the timber is treated with could leach back out of the timber and be detrimental to what you're trying to achieve. The later stuff isn't as bad as the older treated timbers but it's still best to avoid it. In fact they stipulate to not use the stuff in garden beds, food crops etc. General landscaping, outdoor construction and fencing is fine.

ShitsNGiggles
Untreated timber frame box. The wood is eucalyptus can't remember the variety it was a while ago. Iron gum/iron bark gum? Would be ideal. This box is a different variety. Posted from the OZ Stoners mobile app Edited July 1, 2018 by ShitsNGiggles
