itchybromusic Posted June 12, 2018 Author Report Share Posted June 12, 2018 i'm not looking at a plant based diet from a animal welfare stand point , purely a health perspective although i do think if we're going to kill animals to eat it should be done as humanly as poss & not just show me the money would also say people need education cos some of the animal liberation people are not vego's & have lost the connectionbetween supermarket meat on the shelves & animals in a paddock i stopped take away a while ago & have slowly removed as many packets & bottles as i can , making it as muchstraight whole foods as poss , i've also removed gluten dairy & processed sugar , haven't gone completely plant based yet been having a look at Dr Pamela Popper on you tube https://www.youtube.com/user/drpamsnewschannel/videos Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
