"...urged caution about making access TOO EASY!!!!" For Christ sake I doubt they could make it any more difficult or convoluted to gain access. Presently it's easier to obtain 'Hillbilly heroin" (Endone) than it is to get canna legally.
So I ask you, whose the criminal, the father for assisting his daughters or the govt for restricting a medication that may assist them????
