Can't say I've heard that one before, dark web. What it primarily does is give you more budding tips and makes it more manageable.

 

Keep doing what you're doing, bill. Though it'd probably need that re-potting or put in the ground still.

I've got my hole prepared, took about 150L of soil.. just have to get it in the ground now.

 

Fingers crossed it's a female. My only plant will be devo'd if it's a male.

I've seen the strain I have grown last 3 years and that grower just let them grow, no intervention, straight up and down. Consistently gets a lb a plant.. the main reason I wanted to top is keep the plant from being so tall but I have my solution now.
