fnord420 Posted December 6, 2017 Author Report Share Posted December 6, 2017 (edited) Did I see a banana ? what where? there are banana peels in the garden bed none on the buds - i got that from my grand parents - they always put the banana peels with the flowers you can dry them out and grind them up if you really need the extra nutrients (not just potassium, lots of good stuff) there is also garlic, mint and catnip growing around the plants as a sort of pest repellantbeans and peas growing behind that will go up the fence and maybe provide some more cover as well as fixing nitrogen into the soiland I planted a pumpkin the other day which should provide some ground cover anyone know any other companion plants or useful things to plant with your medicine trees? ..maybe that should be a separate thread Edited December 6, 2017 by fnord420 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
