The method being. You grab hold of your recipient, stick the 25mm conduit up their coight, stick the barbed-wire up the inside of the conduit and then remove the conduit, leaving a length of wire up their coight, with about 30cm left hanging out. Then whack the star-picket into the ground, and tie your recipient off real short into the start-picket.
