Little brown bugs

Recommended Posts

hey all ....

recently my friend started growing (obviously, outdoors) and in the last week or soo something has been eating the leaves. He asked me to check em out (friends a first timer grower) they were brown bugs about half the size of a 5 cents and they looked kinda like ladybugs ... sorry guys no cam.

Do these little pest sound familiar to anyone ?? and if its possible id like to know an organic cure (since the smoko is for medical) but if this is not possible i'll settle for a synthetic cure.

~ peace out :P

hey mate, I always use garlic spray if i get this problem. Just chop up a few cloves of garlic and let them soak in a half litre of water for a couple of hours. Then sqeeze the juice from the cloves into the water when you take them out.

Just put this water into one of those cheap plastic spray bottles you can buy from the supermarket. You can spray this onto the plants without doing them any harm and the bugs should evacuate as they dont like garlic generally, in fact try to spray them off directly. It normally works for me and doesnt harm the plants. You might have to apply it every couple of days for a while though.
