try letting it evaporate without cooking it at all bob, can take up to a week in cooler temps and depending on the how much surface area, if in a deep bowl it will take longer or use a longer shorter dish like cardy had and it will be spread out more and evaporate quicker, pop it in an esky with the lid a jar and leave it to evaporate, the esky just stops anything from falling in it and contaminating your oil, the less leaf material the less chlorophyll
