I donno where u are in the world mate but i don't need to anyhow some of the guys up in the tropics of Au might suffer from root rot at this time of the year where as people in tassie probably need a water heater, the other week when i filled up a bucket of tap water i connected my pump and water chiller and set it to 18c the water i put in the bucket was actually 16c so if u check your res/water temps if its under 24-25c u should be fine but keep an eye on it tho

 

best of all try invest in a water chiller about $400-$500 new or i picked up a used one for $100 online

Mid week 3 pics

 

The mutant has finally started new growth it has kind of topped itself im gonna give her a bit more time see what happens, the other two are going well im gonna add another light next week so it will be 2 x 300w leds roots are well established in water now.

 

Had to do a little bit of lst with the mutant to let light at the new growth.

In vic, res temp and root rot not a problem going ok at the moment

Turns out it might have been nute burn and the start of some root rot. Resi change and new nutes some beneficial bacteria seem to have fixed thing's for the moment.
