We are being scammed by the whole movement it is at a major cross roads ...the push is for it to be available for patients ...low thc....high cbd or 1:1

Gov doesnt want you to get high ....you might think for yourself

Pharma doesnt want gov to legalise it as it will cut into profits because people will grow their own ..

If they can say it's a specific strain or genetically modified or breed ...then they can patent it ...and it will be classified separately from Cannabis...

therefore leading to specific patents and royalties

Basically they want to grow it for patients to make themselves and gov look compassionate ...

And still eliminate the average joe from self medicating ....which is a joke worldwide as it is everywhere.

 

Goals

-look good in the public eye

-look good for investors and monopolise the market...patents royalties... share price goes through the roof

Jails and cops still need criminals(which is a joke)

They are taking what they have learnt in the US and spinning it in their favour ...

We should be leading the world in this ....

Most or a high percentage of those Amsterdam strains came from here in the early 80's and norcal...we have one of the best climates in the world for it ...

Bureaucrats making decisions they know little about as well as pharma........ way too late.. too much talking ... and the train will have left the station and or by the time it happens big companies will flood the market with inferior quality herb

But ultimately if it's a free market it will be monopolised by only a handful....that's capitalism ....that will control the largest chunk of the general populations access.........just makes the divide wider........I really dont mind what they do ...but it should not be illegal for people to grow and administer themselves.

Nor should the potential of a mixed gene pool or new strains of gm herb enter the picture .

If you were into herb before 1990 you can see what the introduction of new hybrids /hydro and seed companies have done to dilute the gene pool....we may have more choice but ...ultimately most are the same thing with a different name and do not have the same qualities.
