I guess I could chuck 16 on the table next time and veg a little longer for a bigger cola. I usually just go straight to 12/12. I always find it more easier growing out in the sticks than the city. For some reason it just causes more paranoia. When you havent seen anyone for 6 months but your dog there is no paranoia. Your in your own little world.

Its a bit hard to explain billygoat but my tumour is actually growing on a bone near the brainstem. So it cant be seen on a MRI. They only see it when they cut open the back of my skull. Im going for more brain surgery soon too. My condition is very complex that i have and the second lot of surgery is life threatening. I have an abudance of paperwork from doctors. On heavy painkillers. And numerous other brain drugs.

So long as you haven't been selling any weed it should be near impossible for them to prove dealing or trafficking, so you don't need to worry about losing your house, in theory.  If you end up in court, with a letter from your dr to back up your claim of med use, and an explanation that the numbers are about quick harvest rather than bulk harvest (also backed up by the physical size of the grow space and number of lights), then it should be inconceivable that you would end up in jail.  However, you need to find out the number of plants for your state that takes you into the indictable amount, as that should automatically land you in a special motel room with a special and sexually frustrated friend.  Hope that eases your stress a little.

 

I would tend to think if the ex was gonna narc on you, she would have done it loud and strong years ago.  I know the emotionally unstable ones can hold a grudge for a long time, and can get triggered again over weird things, but unless you have reason to believe she has done it recently why be stressed now?  I've got an ex like yours from 20 years ago, but haven't had any issues for a very long time now, because I simply shut off any and all communications with her.  Copped a lotta shit off her for a year or so, and again briefly when I gained custody of the kids through court, but nothing since.  Cut her off cold and ignore everything she chucks at you, fires em up for a while worse than before, but works best in the long run. 

 

I'm just glad that women like that are the minority, my new one's a gem and I hope yours is too.

 

If you're sure she's done it though, you should pack it in and try to find a way to tough it out until you're sure it's safe.  Not really an option for you in some ways, but if you get raided you lose your crop and your grow gear, and they may keep an eye on you afterwards, which is a much longer and more costly abstinence.

I've always noticed the ones that get time have stolen power or have stolen property or illegal firearms ,or direct evidence of selling .

 

Twenty plants in a small area can easily be argued in court that it's for personal use and at the lower end of the scale for the crime.

 

Which means leniency. And for a thirst time offender it's a slap on the wrist ...and of course a big inconvenience

5 is the upper limit for small amount in NSW, unless that's changed in the last couple of years.  Then I can't remember if it was 5-50 for the medium amount, or maybe less?  Pretty sure 50 was the indictable amount.  Check that info before relying on it though.  They also have to factor in other stuff like size of grow area, complexity of setup etc, so 20 clones in the corner vs 20 large plants in a setup reminiscent of the underground lab in Breaking Bad should give dramatically different outcomes in court.

And this is why I grow one (1) plant. Sure it takes longer in 18/6 to fill my space, but if the filthy visit I am under the limit.

Running a SOG is dangerous. IMO it'd be better to run SCROG x3 spaced out a month apart, making it perpetual

Previously I lived overseas, I bought some seeded weed and separated the seeds from the smoke. They considered each seed as having the 'potential' to grow an Lb and attempted to charge me for that potential. I left the country, so all good.

The law admittedly is not good, but believe me, It could be worse.

(P.S All that is required for a warrant is suspicion of an offence. No proof, just a simple suspicion)

Ya sirpsycho i checked and its 50.

 

I move down south again to vic in 2 weeks so ill be less paranoid. My new results show that my issue is less "inflamed". However due to risk of new surgery it cannot be done. Im choosing not too. 70/30 chance of death. And I cant risk that. So ive chosen to live out my days. I just have to make mj no longer a stressor in my life as it really in the end. Doesnt matter. It really is going downhill. The last month im using a walking stick for balance and now a fulltime neck brace unfortunatley. Going to head back home to the country. My new partner has decicded she will come with me which is nice of her and live out the rest of the life I was given. It hasnt been the nice past couple of days. Lots of stress. In the end what will be. Will be..

No court in the land would be likely to send you to jail in your condition under the current socio-political climate.  Further, in NSW you should be able to at least get the card that lets the popo know that busting you is a terrible idea...
