It's an interesting case, particularly as it seems to distinguish (according to the news report anyway) between a gift and a sale, afaik, both are trafficking according to Victorian law.

 

If anything Vic laws are becoming more conservative. Putting together an update on my butter tute could carry a jail term.

Continue on if you have big enough balls , seems to be what others are doing

When I was studying Behavioural Science (gave it up, couldn't stand the bull) I read a book called 'The Disabling Professions' by Illich .

Illich explains why doctors, nurses, social workers, police etc.etc. refer to keep the status quo. Their livelihoods depend on our suffering!

For a doctor to 'cure' a patient would mean loss of future income. The same with the other professions. That's why BIG Pharma with there $300b cancer industry will lobby (bribe) governments to stop ANYTHING that threatens their profits.
