people wont abuse it here , melbourne isnt like the rest of the country

5 milion people in melbourne would rather just grow medical instead of get licences

Here's the Victorian government official website. No, it is not legal to grow in Victoria. You cannot "get a licence" to grow it their either unless you're one of the commercial producers that the government will contract to produce medicine which will only be available to those who've been approved as medical patients and who source it from a pharmacy.

There's no point trying to engage with him, he's just a sad little boy making noise to get attention.  No point asking for his source of information, he's had several opportunities to answer that so obviously has no intention of doing so (can't really post a link to the voices in his head anyway), and equally no point showing him the correct information.  We are not capable of giving people like that the help they need, unless one of us is a qualified and experienced psychologist who likes giving out free online appointments.

 

If everyone just ignores him, he'll make a bit more noise in an attempt to regain attention, but then give up and disappear once he realises he's not going to get what he wants here.
