What stands out to me is that 175hz is a very low output frequency compared to the top of the range ballasts I have seen. Philips claim an output of 100,000hz.

sorry mate been busy with work and family i will double check the hz i think i made a mistake myself when i look at 175hz

ok just double checked it does say 175hz unless they have made a mistake on their specs sheet i cant explain any more than that. you guys know alot more than i about hz and shit

The 315w lec run at that hz.

If fired on a high frequency ballast like a digi hps ballast it will destroy the arc pit.

There made to run at a low frequency.

The spec sound right to fire 315w phillips lec.

i hope so mate. they also say that a 615 watt lec will cover 1.4 x 2 m what you think. or anyone else for tht matter

:twiddle:

Pretty accurate......

Running 1 X 315W and 1 X 630W double in a 2.4 X 1.2 tent.......

Works Extremely well......  :good:

ok thanks mate.

they also tell me that the closed hoods are better than the open ones like the phillips and so on.

they say the closed hoods are better for the spectrum from all testing this company had done.
