it wont hurt them , but don't go back & forth 

although i don't think a plant would not flower getting 12hrs dark & only flower at 13hrs ,

just an opinion no science to back it up

Tangwena is onto it... I would drop the light hours to 11-13.. 12-12 is really just a guide that works for most of the time. some high lat indicas will flower in 14-10

sorry for bumping an old thread, but a mate of mine had an outdoor plant that was massive 12 ft plus, and it just wouldnt bud!..it ended up dying cause of the frost in winter..ive never seen anything like it...

When the temperature is low for growing, plants are dying as well. If you had opportunity you would move to indoor.

Perfect example right here. Both pics taken yesterday. My GDP. Obviously Indica dom.

& my Zamaldelica Sativa. 

Both outdoors growing within a metre of each other right now.
