set up the tent

 

place a large pot in the tent

 

stand in the pot

 

shove a seed up your arsehole

 

shove your right index finger up your left nostril

 

germination should take 3-4 days, dont remove your finger til then.

 

the plant should come out of your right nostril so long as you kept the left plugged.

 

you wont need nutes, your own shit is feeding the plant

 

once the plant has come out of your nostril, put the 400W as close as possible, but not above your eyebrows
