hey big smoker,

 

its normal for ph to drop when you use some bloom additives on week 6 usually (if you start using additive on week 5). What causes it is the P & K in the bloom booster, causes the water to be more acid - but on the other hand this means that it is a good P & K additive, very high in phosphorous and potassium.

 

I use Geheral Hydro 3 parts series with Kabloom bloom booster by Gen Hydro on week 5 onward. From week 6-8 I have to use ph up as there is a massive amount of P&K available in nutrients - from the additive.

 

Good practice for 90 dollars is go buy yourself a digital ph pen, so be sure your readings are accurate.

i dont wana steal the thread, but on this topic..... is this sufficiant enough to monitor ph levels?
