Hi gloves I grew Aces Malawi in Perth in the summer last year and intend to do it again this summer. It was in my roof space 40c days and all, get a good centri fan and have heaps of air flow the heat doesn't worry them as they are a tropical sativa. I got a pound dry from one plant LST'd. Also not much smell I didn't need a carbon filter either.

Very potent smoke but needs 14+ weeks flowering.

Thanks tangwena I e been looking at "dr kripples incredible bulk" and it says it's very hardy an adapts to heat an any harsh conditions. Says it's %24 thc an indoor you get 600-1000 gms per meter with 7-8 weeks flowering. They say up to 1.5 kg outside yeeha. Also looking at "heavy weight fruit punch" but don't know if it handles heat.

Have a look at barneys farm website, you can select strains which are for hot climates.

I've been looking through the barneys bean banks and what does it mean when it says flowers 7-8 weeks? Does this mean it takes that long to flower or once it flowers it will take 7-8 weeks to be ready?

It means once you force flower e.g set your lights from 18/6 to 12/12 it will take 7-8 weeks to be ready for harvest , take it as a guide not spot on

As opposed to auto flowering strains that will be finished in the stated time from seed.
