What strain should I get

So you can let it get as big as you want ( can handle) in veg unless it says other wise. I noticed some had " harvest" time, is that the veg time and if it has no harvest time then is it up to you?

It's not the veg time, that is up to you and the constraints of the environment, unless you are growing automatic flowering plants.

 

If the 'harvest time' is expressed in a number of days, eg 45-50 days, that is the minimum required time in flower before harvest. If the 'harvest time' is listed as a particular month of the year, eg Sept-Oct, that is approx outdoor harvest date (for the northern hemisphere, obviously).

I personally find it too hot in Perth's summer to grow indoors (even with cool tubes), I grow indoors over winter and outdoors over summer.

 

Are you unable to grow outdoors? It's probably a good way to learn how to grow before you move inside with more to control, hydroponics is pretty hands on.

In terms of strain choice, it's so subjective, I'm currently growing 818 headband and absolutely love it. The more indica dominant the quicker it will flower, but you will have a more compact plant, so just pick a hybrid from a reputable breeder (DNA, Barneys, TGA Subcool etc)

Thanks wrp I've can't grow outside as back yard to easy to see into an I've tried down the side were they can't see but not enough sun. So I have to do in doors

I've grown out side a few times an grew a hell crop of hydies one time yrs ago. I don't know what the strain was but I was quite successful so I reckon I will be able to pull it off.

It's just the mrs and I.we would like to have 2 tents with 2 plants in each if I can get 10 oz every 2 months or so I would be more than happy

First time strains... Northern Lights or a White Strain ie. White Widow

Easy to grow, very forgiving, very good yields and extremely good smoke

also try gumtree for hydro gear some people do the one crop then sell the lot cheap as chips i had a friend pick up tent filter fan 600w light cool tube for around $400 just gav it a good clean and off he went.

There is a full small tent setup at the moment for $400 with lights, fan, the works.

Thanks man. I saw that but don't get any cash till next week and sort of wanted to order beans first so if any trouble I was clean.

I should get some cash early next week I might give him a call an out it some where till I'm ready to go.
