Juicing cannabis for Proctitis

Hi, first post here!

 

I have recently been diagnosed with Proctitis, an inflammatory condition of the bowels.

 

I have changed my diet and taking suppliments and feel a lot healthier but still have the condition.

 

I have found that others are juicing cannabis and finding it is putting their symptoms into remission.

 

I am new here so not 100% sure of the forum protocols I want to know if anyone is able to give me any advice to point me the the right direction on how I can try and assist my condition through the supply of cannabis for juicing.

The juice is extracted from fresh cutting of a growing plant so you would need to be growing your own 

to juice daily

I love juicing with cannabis, It will make you feel good and honestly what do you have to lose,

 

Sizalines green juice

• 12 cannabis leaves or more
• 1 stick of celery
• ginger
• half a cucumber
• 1 apple
• 1 lime
• 1 kale leaf

 

If this doesnt fire up the cylinders i dont know what will,

 

P.s only juice the leaves as the stem being extreamly fiberous will block your juicer

Hi. Thanks for the replies. Theoretically if I was to grow my own plant hydroponically what would be the best way to grow it for juicing? And how long could it sustain the juicing?

You would need to set up a perpetual grow IMO

There is no best way of growing for juice , there's just growing the plant

& in your case strain selection would be important for higher CBD 

Soil would be a good place to start if you've never grown B4

Perpetual grow would require you to learn cloning & you would need

2 to 3 light tight grow areas depending on you keeping a mother plant or not for clones

There would be quite a leaning curve if you've never grown B4

The OP doesn't need to flower the plants, it's just vegetative growth that is needed for juicing. One lighted area could keep a mother plant or two, clones an the plants for juicing.

 

Weeeeeeedy, could you let us know approximately how much money you are prepared to spend setting up? That way people can match their suggestions to your budget.

In terms of costs I would like it to be budget friendly, hoping to spend less than $1000

 

Space is more the issue, the only space I have is in our bathroom which could store a hydroponic tent or cabinet which is about 1m x 1m. Could that size sustain constant juicing?

How long does the plant take to grow?

 

If I keep taking cuttings from the plant will it stay alive?

"My understanding" Lu is leaf is good, leaf & bud are better 

I found that said by allot of smokers not wanting to give up bud for juice

not sure if that's the case here thou

yes you can keep taking cuttings/clones/keeping a mother plant, google it plenty of info 

 

How long, well that depends on juicing just leaf or bud 

i'd go bud & leaf myself not to say what Lu is saying is not correct 

i just think there's more benefit in juicing both
