Whats going on here?

Knowing about nitrogen draw down and cation exchange, within my capacity to do so lol, I stiil use runoff PH as a close enough indicator of the coco PH.

If the runoff is 6.2 then I can be fairly certain that the PH of the coco is not 5.8 and adjust my next feed to compensate.

It has kept my plants happy

The runoff is at 6.2 already - whether that makes a difference or not. I understand you saying its not accurate, but I have no other way of getting a rough idea, besides i'm not exactly an 'accurate' grower  :D

I have been feeding at 5.8 - which seems to be the norm.

The white rhino and power plant look normal so I can't be too far out. I really think the pineapple chunk is just an abnormal plant. Don't know if that will be a good thing come flower time though, I'll probably just do the other ones.

little snap of all 3 (rhino was put in water 1 day after the other 2)

(P chunk is bottom left, top is rhino, bottom right is power plant)
