At what stage do you introduce fans

Good day all

 

Was just wondering at what stage should I start introducing fans onto my plant?

 

should the breeze from the fan be consistent or set on a timer?

i have a fan on them from day one. nice and gentle when they are seedlings and as soon as they can handle it i really get them moving. the more air you exchange the more co2 your plants will be getting and this will increase there growth. you really want to make sure your not getting pockets of stale air in and under your canopy or underneath the leaves whee a lot of the air exchange happens, so its best to keep the leaves moving.

also a bit of movement helps to create good strong sturdy branches

yep, day one... doesn't have to be strong just enough breeze to tickle the stems.
