If we had of had some sun over the past month prob would of been ready 2 weeks ago.. You do have to let it dry before bagging/boxing or jarring it up... my ex grow partner used to just bag his part of the harvest in supermarket shopping bags... bit dry and dusty a year later and not the way I would treat it, but he seemed happy enough with it.
