In it was a recipe for irish coffee ice cream which I would love to have again. If anybody knows where I can obtain a copy of that book, my next grow is yours! Irish coffee cannabis ice cream by Ashley's sister. 1tbsp of instant coffee1/2teasp bud flour1/2cup castor sugar2tbsp whiskey4egg yolks300ml cream whipped Beat egg yolks, sugar, bud flour & instant coffee in a double boiler over hot not boiling water. Until it goes thick & creamy. Allow to cool. When cold fold in whiskey & cream. Spoon into tray/holder & freeze. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
