louise
Not surprising... you are more likely to run over your toddler if you are driving an oversized vehicle.

louise
Ahhh, so it's 'moms' fault... how very Freudian of you Vostok. Maybe you should have glanced over the article... none of the deaths investigated were of toddlers 'playing' unsupervised in the driveway.
Badseed77
The parents have got to be somewhat responsible . I have 1 5yo and twin 2 yo and like brick they are either in the car with me or behind a gated fence with mum , i just dont get how some parents are so casual and blarsa allowing young kids to run around unsupervised . Bottom line , kids that young are so unpredictable you just cant trust the little buggers and imo its the parents responsibility to ensure that kids are safe and supervised. Imo spending money on a campaign to tell people what they should already know is a bit of a waste but .. Sadly common sense is far from common .
