So you did all this research and spent a small fortune on seeds only to put them in shitty potting mix and keep them in the shade!

Good luck with that...The only soil grows I've seen that work are blokes & Girls here that mix there own soil mix.

All that shitty bark is a dead give away for a total crap environment for that $20 seed to sit in.

Here is a good soil mix I found on the net....It's probably more expensive than Coco, but at least you know it will work

mainly becuse it will have the right drainage and more importantly, the correct P.H. level.

(Ingredient list)

Keep it simple stupid....... the kiss principle...

Searles 5 n 1, searles potting mix, gogo juice, dolomite.....

1/5 a bag of searles 5n1 to a bag of searles potting mix .. half a cup to a cup of dolomite per bag of searles potting mix with 5n1.... gogo juice for beneficial bacteria/kelp (nitrogen and microbial stimulator) ... fuck off the megalomanic list of 30 ingredients .... and fark, that sounds border-line "hot" that mix buzzo... i wouldnt leave sprouts/seedlings/beans planted directly in it .. oh, and a liquid potash supplement come bloom...

peace n pot,

*EDIT* - looks similiar or  alike to subby's super soil recipe ... (subcool from tga)

if you can ..get a McGregor's 3 in 1 Soil Tester $20.00 not from bunning, but from a good garden center, will remove considerable doubt from a newbie grower, and forgetful exprienced grower like me ... lol well worth the playing alone .. lol at a quick glance you can see if the Ph is OK, or if you have overwatered or even a lux meter, to define a sunny/shady spot
