Sad and slow

Recommended Posts

reminds me of an old-school outdoor Sativa...

  1. Slow to get flowering
  2. Long internodes (space between bud sites)
  3. Not quite 'normal' (not typical cannabis-looking)
  4. Months of Flowering

Wait to see if anyone else has a guess, I could be spot-on or so far off, the canna gods are laughing....

I'm with Nibbs and Louise on this.

At least it looks like you'll get something to smoke soon enough...

10 Points to Matti

OK now I am 99% sure you have old school sativa, you may have a strain that has not been seen for years.

You lucky stoner!

do a google search (Australian sativa) and look at some photos I found a few that are similar-ish to yours...

Never for a minute think that funky looking cannabis is lesser-than, I've had Mexican Sativa that looked like a weed you'd find in the garden, it knocked my arse to nether regions of my mind (or something like that).

You may need to knock the light down to 13dark / 11 light to get a (possibly) quicker finish. Some one has a diary going wiht a 13/11 grow.

Get those almost finished buds finished then change the lighting (imo).

No light gets in i made sure of that arond a month ago.

Good goin MT

How long left to flower this very old sativa strain.

i kinda want to get rid of it if its goin to take more months to finish, ive got 2x clones off my big strong plant in w6 veg waiting to go into the flower room.in the time it takes to flower the old girl these clones would be fully grown and way more flower on top

seems a shame to put her down though

Both girls have been on 11 on 13 off for the last 6 weeks

Keep practising the photography mate, beauty of digi's can just keep clicking till you get something decent although i'm not one to talk about pic quality lol

Seems the consenus is similiar to what we discussed the other day but with so many variables it's hard to give a definitive answer. Ultimately the biggest factor is the bean itself and it's lineage, (still wouldn;t be surprised if some ruddy in there, better pic and mongy's eye might reveal more) but lack of light and long time in small pot have definitely contributed to the stretch.

Like billo said doesn;t look indoor friendly and may be as simple as that but just is worse because of the other issues. IMO a much higher ratio of indoor grows on this forum are grown with beans or clones bred indoors or that adapt to indoor use and therefore dont see that many examples of plants that simply suck indoors but they certainly exist.

peace
