I'd feel safer if this site was hosted in Canada or Amsterdam. SSL encryption sounds good too. My paranoia level would drop markedly and I don't even grow right now. I hate cops. If they don't find what they are searching for then they aren't above planting drugs in peoples houses. Cops are the very dregs of humanity. The lowest form of life actually.

Thought about this quite a lot but have decided there's no point... everything you post is going public anyway so the point of a SSL is really quite useless, how many cannabis forums do you know that have an SSL option, not many... also running the forums through the SSL server would make a huge negative difference on site browsing speed.

 

Oz Stoners does have SSL but it will only be used for what SSL is intended; the transferring of personal & financial information when using the Oz Stoners shop opening soon.

I'll be honest and say I don't even know what SSL is but the guy above gave it a good plug and yeah it sounded good. I'm internet illiterate but not immune to security fears. If anything my ignorance ofcourse heightens those fears. Its that dreaded fear of the unknown. Responsible for so much rational and irational fear in this world. Including the fear of marijuana. How about hosting in Canada or someplace? Is that practical or unecessary as well? How legal is Canada anyway?

I don't know how these pricks can live with themselves. Every time I hear of this shit, I think of a couple of my friends that did their bit to get back at these pricks.

 

One of my friends is an avid dope smoker, now more so since he nearly died on his motorbike. He used to work in a local jail. They had a particulary aggressive kiddy fucker brought in to maximum security and Andy gave him hell. He reckons the other screws called him a 'Chester' (i.e. 'Chester' the 'molestor') Winter nights, this guy would get hosed down and taunted, then he would have his linen taken for the night. Good job......

 

Another friend (I'm not even going to say which country) was doing hard (fucking hard) time and, same thing, they had a Chester come in, again, a real bad fucker. Turns out they don't take too kindly to people like that in this particular jail (any jail for that matter) so they got him one day in some sort of bathroom/storeroom. All I am going to say is it involved a few blokes, a mop handle and a well aimed kick to the mop handle. You can guess where it ended up.........

 

Hopefull the coppers dedicate all their internet time to catching these cretins.......

One thing I do beleive in capital punishment for. Even that's too good for the fuckers, throw em' to the public, and the relatives of kids they've molested, like a public stoning type of thing. Then, if they live through that, kill em'. I'm with Buddy, fuck keeping the cretins alive with taxpayers money.........dunno about sending them somewhere where they can continue their sick shit, whether it's legal or not.

And yeah, they cop a bit of their own back when they get to jail. Most crims hate the scum.

There was a study done years ago that found in the US on average it was cheaper to jail someone for life than to execute them. Hard to believe but apparently the major factors were maintaining proper execution facilities and staff for only an occasional kill and the lengthy court and subseuent appeal processes.

 

Make the process more efficient though and we will end up killing more innocent people then we already are. I'm all for killing the cunts, but how can you ever be sure they deserve to be killed? People get wrongly convicted all the time.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I saw something on tv not long ago about executions in texas. Something like up to 80% on deathrow are innocent........

But, if a ped was caught fair and square, then yep. Kill the scumbag. But I don't like capital punishment in general, for the very same reason pipe, innocent people are wrongly convicted and murdered all the time.
