Stupid Male Plant...

Zell

Recommended Posts

males have been known to pollinate females from different cupboards in different rooms of a house.

put a pollen filter on the exhaust of your cupboard with a male. and maybe even a pollen filter on intake of your flowering females. Never visit your females after being in same room with males. Or if you do, have a shower and change your clothes first.

Either cull the male or move it literally miles away. Once they start to shed pollen it moves on the wind and can pollinate a lot of individual females...

My advice is cull it. lol

Pollen can be stored in deep freeze I think, like nitrogen deep freeze, and it will remain viable, (I think) but past a few months or even less if the conditions aren't amenable it will not be fertile anymore.

Don't bother saving the male, it's more trouble than it's worth. lol Good luck zell, don't give up, think of it this way, you've flowered your first cannabis plant. lol

Im pretty sure my other plant is female  lol which is great  still not sure what to do with the male plant tho. How do you know when its giving off pollen? lol

Get rid of the thing asap, if you don't want to waste it then you can use it to make butter or oil or if you are really desperate you could smoke it. lol
