Stupid Male Plant...

First i got 2 plants stolen and out of the two i have left ones a male and the other ones still growing....chances are its gonna be a male too....i think im gonna quit growing and just try and find a dealer or something..

Males give off seeds dont they? So if i harvest the male plant can i get the seeds of it and grow more plants from that?

no males dont give off seeds, they require a female plant to be pollinated by the pollen the males produce and then seeds will form in the female bud.

 

But female plants almost always show after male plants, so you got a good chance that that plant left might actually be female.

 

its 50/50 at least, rip that male now and make up some cannabutter and cross your fingers and pray to all the gods you know of.

they're good for canna butter as WC said, and for fucking up your female plants if you don't get it out of there before it starts to drop pollen.

Can i put the plants about 10 metres apart and let the male plant continue to grow? Is that safe?

pollen ia largely invisible to the eye in nature...work thru this scenarion...you go check your male plant and get withing 10 metres of it...its a little bit windy....low and behold you end up with pollen on your shirt...you go visit your female plant and pollinate her accidently.....hello seedy buds...and some f2s of the strain you have...thus delaying your sensimilla quest...

 

Nah its not worth it unless you can isolate the male in a cuphoard for when you want the pollen to breed with

Ok well ill move it to a totally diffrent place then? Cause i want it to grow bigger so i can make more cannabutter i dont think theres enough leaf to make the cannabutter with.
