hi , 5.2 is where I set the rez as this will RIZE over your feed period when it hits 6.3 youv'e covered the range & its time to replace the tank...

 

Imo if you try to nail the ph down to hard something goes short...plus more ph down which can have negative effects

 

gh nute guide posted at og explains to set ph lower in bubbler's so if its good enough for GH........................;)
