There is no perfect formula for growing plants. Ever. It's got too many variables, and anyone who's ever grown anything is aware of that.

But surely there are better nutes than others?

 

You can't give a schedule for nutes as every plant you grow needs a different amount to get the best potential from them, so it's kinda stupid.

It may grow plants, but really, a gardener will grow their plants according to the plants, not a schedules, needs.

 

Advanced Nutrients are claiming all of their products are designed specifically for cannabis' needs at each stage of growth. Watch those Pot-TV shows and read up on some of the work they've done before dismissing them - I'm not saying they're perfect or even right, but they have put forth a convincing case that they have in fact improved upon other nutes significantly.

 

They've issued an open challenge to the entire nute industry to prove them wrong, at least look into it guys

aa, I have seen enough "research" from nutrient companies proving their product is the "best" to be able to give "evidence" like this the respect it deserves.

 

If it really is the best, word will spread soon enough, there's no need for these guys to be spamming our site and trying to shove their product down our throats, which they have been for some weeks now, so far under two different user names.

Indeed. You soon learn that most of the advertising and marketing out there for nutrients is just that. Marketing and advertising.

 

Take a read of a DM product pamphlet. Then really try and explain what the heck they're talking about. It's similar with a few diff companies tho, and you just have to find what works for you.

 

One should be sceptical of anyone claiming to have the "best" of anything in agriculture. It just doesn't work like that.

 

And yes, they shouldn't be spamming, which makes me even less inclined to believe the slightest thing they say about it.

Thanks bruce5,I am a fellow Canadian and have researched the canadian market for a good nute,and was overwhelmed by the amount of hands on testing that Advance Nutrients has done.Can.culture,high times ,Canabbis health,and almost all the other industry magazines,have done articals on the MJ specific research that Advance has done.They have also helped to push inroads for the legal medical growers in this country.So even if someone could prove they are not as good as they claim,the fact that they have done so much for the medical community in this country deserves my respect.

If you read cannabis health etc.you will see that the research done by Advance nutrients is crop specific.That is perhaps the biggest diff.between them and the competition.Advanced Nutes will within the month be available in Aus.First will be Melbourne,then sydney.So you should all be able ,very soon, to try what we canadians are raving about.

Not to side with a company...but before you nix Advanced Nutrients...check their web site at www.advancednutrients.com. I supported GH for a long time. I called them a few years ago to get some info about cannabis.. CLICK...I called them back......explained I was a med/pot researcher in Calirornia..... and CLICK.. Cannabis is actually legal in the state of California..under Proposition 215...but the A holes from GH aren't interested in pot...just my pot of money.
