When to turn lights on to 12/12

I usually turn mine down when they are approx 20 inches, or (if it is the same) when the plants get to about knuckle to elbow. Hope that helps.

Also, I have a mate who experimented on his current ladies, he turned the light off for 4 dayswhen he turned them. I called him a crazy cunt but shit, they look good. Healthy and that. It did stop the stretch that we normally encounter. Bastard, I'm jealous. Prick will probably get 35 o's out of it too.........
