I use it in our milkshakes and mueslis as it is one of the ONLY whole foods that have ALL 8 Essential Amino acids as well as 32% protein per serve!

Hey guys, I'm new here, so forgive me if Im not familiar with the proper etiquette, I'll get there. Anyway, this thread reminds me of a book Im sure you all know and love, The Emperor Wears No Clothes by Jack Herer. An interesting fact that stuck with me is that hemp seed is the only food on the entire planet that can sustain a person entirely with no deficiencies. As you guys probably know, Jack has been offering a large sum of money to anyone who can disprove any of the facts stated in the book. Based on that, I have to say I believe it, since nobody has ever claimed the cash.

 

I look forward to reading more of what you guys have built around here.

I prefer to use seeds as ground bait for fish  those trout and salmon just love 'em

Mix them into a good quality trail mix, they go especially well with dried cranberries:-)
