dunno mate I never done it with chopped up weed. not the best way to do it though IMO, probably less efficient than canna butter plus you're eating all that plant matter. yuck. but still, I don't think the smell would be that bad even so.

just made a batch of cookies using cannabutter instead of ordinary stuff...

 

cooked for 20 mins, came out still really soft, so i let them stand for 30 mins and they are still nice and soft wish they were more solid but meh as long as they taste as good as this in the future and get me smashed i'll be happy

thanks for the for sharing your knowlege pipeman.I have made 2 batches in the last 2weeeks and have been mixing the green butter into every meal.your advice on making canna butter has made me very stoned , I thank you

good one porkchop sounds like you're having fun. You've probably also discovered you can get a much heavier stone from eating than smoking as well. (if ya do it right )

trying to hide them so the kids don't find 'em is most imporant. but it is the first time i have ingested thc and i have never happier. ihave been taking a couple of cookes to work every day for smoko and lunch. it's to say the least, fan fucking tastic. thanks pipeman!

Hey, made some of these last night, using just under an Oz of good buds to make some bud butter to use with the recipe................

And yeah pipe, the maple syrup does work, had to use it instead of golden syrup, the shop had run out of it. Nice sweet tasting biccies, good stuff! See ya's when I wake next year.................... ::

Made some regular versions of these tonight. Totally awesome. Can't wait to get some leaf to make some cannabutter for the next round of cookies. Since my other half refuses to smoke (I don't have any problem with it since she's got asthma) it'd be a nice way for her to experience an mj trip.

one of the medicianal value of mj is to help with asthma. if she tried a smoke it may help her breathe better.

 

but yea otherwise cooking gives you a different kind of high but i like it

Be careful with asthma, it does relieve you but you have to be aware that the harshness can cause an attack. I can manage to relax and ride through a coughing fit, sometimes i could have sworn i was not going to make it, but someone who hasn't smoked before might not be able to force themselves to inhale. I have a lot of build up and have had attacks where all i could do was cough and it seems like i am never going to get a chance to draw a breath.

 

It realy softens up phlegm but maybe try something like a vaporiser or a bit of a sip of chamber or if she smokes tobaco (yes i know it's not good for asthmatics but some still smoke) try rolling a roll your own with a filter and a tiny bit sprinkled through so she can get a feel for it but not a full bong hit and certainly not a bucket untill she knows what to expect.
