I'm telling him to grow on someone else's property: that way he can't get pinned for it (or at least its ten times harder for the cops to prove).

 

True, it is the choppers and planes that are the thing to watch for. However, if its in the lantana: a) the cops will get all scratched up and shit trying to get to it. apparently the heat signature from mull is the same as that from lantana so the cameras can't distinguish it. Anyone know if this is true?

 

Also, I've heard (and seen) that the cops what they do:

 

a) they overfly with the planes with cameras. small planes. At great height early in the season. This gives them the initial picture of the environment.

 

they have some sort of computer program which can pick out the heat signature for weed.

 

c) they then fly over the area with the choppers to look at the hotspots.

 

d) bingo--> it's either their or not.

 

And once they've found the hotspot, they use the satellite to look at the red spot and see if it grows bigger.

 

This is speculation and word-of-mouth btw: I'm not a cop so I wouldn't know. Anyone got any better knowledge?

Also wade : I fucking hate cats. Wouldn't mind blowing away a few moggies, esp. in this neighbourhood.

 

Dogs RULE, but only if they're a real dog not some stupid fluffy little yap-machine.
