Growing weed in tropical north queensland

Ducky, you need to check the date on threads before replying. This thread is 5 years old. I am sure the original poster has found out how to grow weed in the tropics by now... that or s/he has given away cannabis.

ok got it sussed ,,

first pic is hybrids in october,

second is sativa dominant variety planted in december ..

Yeah well, the original poster has been offline since june 2010... I am glad you worked out the image upload because they are nice looking outdoor gardens.

sure ill add something to the post ,

i never knew any places to find information on tropical growing ,

so had to make it up as i went , hehehe ,

as all good things it takes a while and some patience ...

Im not sure i can link to the original grow rick,

but not much to tell really other than they were planted in june , and harvested in october,

 

i used a variety of hybrids that i was aware through previous experience will ripen for me at that time of year in my location ,

many of them we made ourselves ,

it was as always a fully organic grow ,

just chicken manure , powerfeed and some kelp basically ,

its best to keep it simple i find , 

 

after the oct/november harvests ,

i replanted with mostly mango haze and a few other sativa dominant varieties ,

they are the best for that time of year due to their tolerance to rain ,

i also prefer sativa dominant varieties .. 

 

so tropical location , on a old volcano , in the rainforest ,

what could go wrong ,, ....
