jesswas Posted June 4, 2012 Report Share Posted June 4, 2012 Yes, apparently it is. the Johnnie Gs place in innaloo is now called Chuffed and still sells them and in my opinion is the biggest range you will find in perth at the moment. Malaga markets and off ya tree sell them as "oil pourers" which is basically a bong with the cone-piece turned upside down and screwed onto the stem.
