My grow from day 1

I use some plastic garden fencing around the walls to tie the longer stems down and open up the lower parts of the plant to the light, it also limits the amount of tying down with string.

 

TYING DOWN:

How I do it.

Get some string and some size 64 rubber bands (the 1/4" wide ones from a newsagent or stationery store), bend a rubber band in a U shape around the stem about 1/3 the way down and tie a piece of string through the ends of the band. Tie the other end of the string to something like a brick on the floor or a nail in the wall to hold the limb down. The rubber band is gentle on the plant (don't tie it down hard enough to stretch the band) and will still allow movement in the "breeze" from the fan. My plant in the galleries was tied down this way.

You will also notice that the smaller buds along the branch will grow a lot larger with this method.

Thanks for the advice Tom. I take it if i tie the branches to support them, the buds will grow bigger?

 

I think I need some help at this stage, my plants are 1 month into flower and there just not packing it on.

I have no idea on strain, all i know is there sativa's (from what ppl have said)

 

Will my buds get any bigger than already are?

The lower heads will get more light and they will grow larger if the branches are tied back.

Sativas take longer to flower than Indicas, they will pack it on in the end.
