When will it b safe to vege outdoors.?

Ppls i was wondering from your experiance when will it b ok to throw plants outdoors to vege..

at the moment the days r too short and cold as we have all noticed but when will the days

get longer again..?

i have seeds coming up now from last yesrs crop. but i would wait till August before planting seedlings outside (Mackay QLD). btw been growing outdoors for 7 years

The general rule in growing bush is that the season is from fathers day to mothersday...if u plan on planting b4 then to get bigger plants i would start them inside so that the seeds can sprout and root...too cold outside but the problem with being indoors is that u have to find a spot with maximum light...a north facing window that gets morning to afternoon sun would be perfect

Putting them under fluros to start would probably be easyier

 

Crazy Clarks was selling some cheap compact fluros I noticed
