i wasnt recommending starvation pipeman...i meant its a useful idea to reduce your calories/kilojoules intake when sick....and to take them in a form that it easy for the body to digest...aka fresh juices...(smoothies and soups also if u want)

 

you can get most of the health benefits and calories from drinking raw juice as you can from eating raw fruit/veg but its a lot easier to drink five oranges or carrots than eating them!!..you mainly lose out on fibre..but you do get copious quantities of enzymes which neutralise free radicals......

 

 

 

and im no doctor...this is just all my own beliefs based on what ive read....and applied in my life...aka what works for me...
