Title :: Garlic Prawns and Scallops

Ingredients ::

  • 300g raw prawns
  • 200g raw scallops
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • good olive oil
  • canna butter
  • lime & chilly seasoning

Description ::

Great for christmas lunch or dinner or any other time

1. Get all ya prawns and take the heads and shells off, you can leave the tails on if you want. Also get the scallops and cut out the poo line and put them all into a baking dish.

2. Crush all the garlic cloves and and shake a good amount of chilly and lime seasoning over the top and drizzle with oil and mix well.

3. Better to prepare the night befor and when ya want it then wack it on the BBQ and cook untill the prawns go red.

 

Add ya canna butter just befor ya cook

Prawns are yum ..

Oh .. Did I mention that already? ..

Bring on The prawn cocktails for breakfast again I say .. I ate more prawns in one day than I ever have last christmas .. B)

I'm surprised I didn't make myself sick ... But it was pretty fucken awesome :toke:

 

I had Chilli prawns from a Malaysian restaraunt the other night .. they were pretty fucken awesome too :)

 

Well anyway , I'm a little drunk rite now in preperation for tomorra ... and thats pretty fucken awesome aswell :peace:
