Title :: Stoneys Creamy Chicken And Avocado Pasta Bake

Ingredients ::

  • 1 roasted chicken or 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • pasta spirals or other type of pasta
  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 avocado's
  • 2 chicken stock cubes
  • lrg size cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g butter or canna butter
  • grated cheese
  • pesto pasta sauce
  • avocado dip (optional)

Description ::

This is a very simple pasta bake great for the munchies and makes up quiet a few meals can also be made as a canna dish

 

1. Get ya pasta add some salt and boiling water and atart to boil.

2. get fry pan and add the butter and crushed garlic and onion and start to brown.

3.Turn heat to medium Add cream to fry pan and give a good stir add the chicken stock cubes and the avocado dip

4.Whilst still stiring add the spring onions cream should be simmering but not boiling by now

5.Chop all chicken and avocado into rufly 2cm pieces and add to sauce give a stir and add the pesto sauce and also the 2 beaten eggs and keep stiring untill the sauce thickens up.

6. Once sauce has thickened up abit but not too much put ya pasta into a lrg oven dish and stir in sauce.

7.Cover the top with greated cheese and put in the oven @220c till the cheese goes a golden brown colour.

:doh: good one stoney :doh: makes me hungry just reading it :bleh:.......i love these sorta dishes, ones you can bake eat half, and have the rest in the fridge......ready for an attack of the munchies :P

 

BTW whats roated chicken......do you mean rotisserie, like the bbq chicken?

just that roated sounded a bit rooted lol B)
