New Chat Is up

Ok well at least for now we have decided to provide an irc alternative to chatting , It is over an secure connection whether you use the applett provided or whether you use your own choice in client , your IP address is not displayed however your host name is , meaning you will

 

this time I took a little more time in selecting to get a nice applet for those that want to use a web based javaapplet

to launch this applet all you have to do is click the live chat link at the top of each page,

 

ONCE YOU ARE IN THE ROOM TYPE /nick "yourusername" without the " " anyone that leaves themselves as a guest will be booted after a few chances to change their name

 

 

For those of you that prefer to use an irc client :

 

Reccomended Chat software : xchat

Server: www.celticstone.org

Chanel : #ozstoners

Port: 6697

enable ssl

and accept invalid ssl

 

you can use any irc client to access the chat server provided it accepts ssl connections howeve the reccomended software is xchat , you can search for it on the internet or just download it form the link bellow

to join the chanel just type , /join #ozstoners once your logged into the server
