Time to do some Canna cooking but I need your help

Recommended Posts

Hi Fellow Psychonauts,

This weekend I will get the rare opportunity to try my hand at cooking up some bud. I should have about 7g of mid range bud to cook with.

Can someone suggest the quickest, easiest way to get something edible out of it, as I have never eaten canna based food before and I'm interested in trying it.

My GF is asthmatic and can't smoke so she's pretty enthusiastic too.

NOTE: My cooking skills are "limited" lol - I'm not a complete retard, but nothing too crazy, and detailed recipe/instructions are really going to help me.

Don't care if it's sweet, savoury or otherwise, as long as it WORKS.

Cheers stoners! :thumbsup

OK, I'm going to use the following recipe:

########Ben's Crazy Cannabutter###########

You will need:

(1) 2 ounces of leaf cuttings (stems removed) or

1/4 ounce of good pot

(2) a half cup of vegtable oil (olive or canola)

Directions:

(1) Put the cannabis in a budbuster or pepper ginder and bust it up

really good, not powder but to joint rolling consistancy

(2)Take a saucepan out and put it on the stove, turn the stove up to just under medium heat (2 or 3).

(3) Take the cannabis and put it in the saucepan.

(4) Put the oil in the saucepan and stir it well. You may want to use more oil, it really doesn't make a difference, more oil is easier to do

(5) Let it heat for thirty minutes stirring it occasianally.

(6) Strain out all the oil into a bowl or cup using a siv or coffee filters.

(7) After getting rid of all the plant matter out of the oil, it is now ready.

(8) Cook the oil into anything and it is nice and potent, about 1/12 of the oil is good to get really high once. It is extra potent so be careful.

Does this sound like a good recipe? Can anyone recommend some brownie/cookie instant mix that can take advantage of my CannaOil?
