Praying plant

Hey guys, I am new to the autoflower scene, and she is growing quickly my only problem is I came home today and she is praying like I have never seen before. She has started flowering way before I thought she would, I am wondering if it's time to lower the lights? What are your thoughts?

That would depend.

What sort of lights are you using and what height or rather distance from the growth are they at now?

Give us some plant parameters too. What's your medium? What size pot? What/when are you feeding them. What size is your tent?

That leaf looks healthy but that's about the only thing that's in focus, so can't really tell much more from those pics.

Cheers for your reply ; turns out it was just cause it was a dirty hot day - so I opened another vent and turned the aircon for a bit and by the time I went to bed she was looking way better. The next day she was back to her healthy self
