Hey everyone, hope everything is all well. Just a quick question about my cab, I have a grow area that is 2.5 foot wide, 3 foot tall and 5 foot long. Its in my room so i have to keep it quiet which i have achieved pretty well, it has a 250 ball-baring inlet fan which keeps it cool, and another 6 inch cpu fan that sucks the air out of the cab, through the cool tube and blows the air out of the cab as my outlet fan and keeps the cool tube nice and cool. Was wondering if another 6 inch fan would have enough force to suck the air out and through a small carbon filter to take away the smell or if i would be better of mounting a ozone generator to kill the smell inside the…

Hello everyone. I am doing a closet grow SOG style, and the two separate cabs are about 4 foot long, 2 foot deep and 4 foot high. I have a 400 watt cool tube hooked up and i want to keep it quiet so i was wondering instead of running fans, can i just hook up a aircon unit, and run a tube to cool the light down, and another down to the cab to keep it at perfect temperature. I will open the door 2 times a day to let c02 in and all that. But was just wondering if thats do able instead of running fans to keep the tube cool and cab cool. Thanks heaps

hi I have a room 4"x4.5"x6.5". thats about 118 cubic feet. I have a 600w HPS (not air cooled) and 4x 130w compact fluros. What size extraction fan do I need and what size inlet fan do i need as it is a sealed room. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi crew this site has some good info on which digital ballast/s are ok to use with diffrent makes off MH,& HPS,Lamps an an what lamps are ok to use in your new digital ballast. Hey folks sorry if what I'm asking is common knowledge but I'm only on my second grow indoors (ever) Should my light (400w hps) be running vertical or horizontal from the top in my grow cupboard? The light globe is currently pointing down at the plants (vertical) I guess it will be a SOG as there are six in a smallish area

Hey everyone,You know that the price of electricity is going up ?How much extra do u reckon it would go up in price per quarter for a 400watt hps currently running on grow at 18 hrs per day?? What i do know is its really gonna suck, it's bloody hard enough now paying the friggen bills.. Man i'm so pissed right now the friggen greedy pricks,,,,,anyhoo ,that's better needed to get that off me chest..... ..........spaceleaf....................................................................... ............................................. p.s the light usually added about 60 to 80 bucks to the bill, but thats really just a guess?

Hey guys. I'm in desperate need for some help. After a week of working fine, I plugged my 400w (and ballast) in to start a cycle and I got this almight crackling sound through my cords. I know the sound was electricity, and when I unplugged, the metal tines on both plug attachments were blackened. Why? What? Everything was going so well. I checked the wall outlet with a normal lamp, and it seems to be fine. The extension cord I was using has been fried and doesnt work anymore. Everything else in the house is working fine. Im looking at 4 Phillips Ecotone Cool Daylight, High Lumen twister with built in fans 65w CFL's (degeres kelvin 2700-6500, colour index reading 65, light output 5500). Would this be enough for a 6-12 seeds throughout veg. I plan to grow 4-6 in my grow tent. I have a 600w growlush HPS but am thinking ill use that to flower and use the CFL's to veg (less power consumption). Ive got a recurculating hydro setup ready to go. I read so many confliction ideas, can i have some of your opinions???
