A search of the house in Knaggs Street in Page found about 40 mature cannabis plants and about 40 seedlings. Police also seized about 30 kilograms of cannabis in vacuum sealed bags and specialised cultivation equipment. Detectives say the electricity supply to the house had been diverted around the meter box. The estimated value of the haul is around $200,000.
